Last week we launched this year’s Inspired Spaces North competition, an initiative that we work on with our partner organisations to seek out the most inspiring (the clue’s in the name) and creative office spaces in which to work in the North of England.
It’s the fourth year of Inspired Spaces North and every year the entries never fail to blow us away, proving that the office market is continuously evolving, as are the wants and needs of the people working in those offices.
After all the entries are collected (the deadline this year is 31st July), a judging panel gets together for an intensive day of looking over entries to choose a shortlist, which is never an easy task! Then, the fun bit: the party.
The Inspired Spaces wrap party brings together our finalists, plus a guest list of creatives and property professionals to reveal the top 10 inspiring spaces. This year we’re excited to have 86 Princess Street in Manchester on board as our venue sponsors. We can’t wait to show off this newly renovated grade II listed textile warehouse.
Last year’s very worthy winner was The Tapestry, by Liverpool’s Proactive Property. It was recognised for its diverse community space and has been the catalyst for the regeneration of the Fabric District.
So, what are we looking for? We’re looking for workspaces with a difference, ones which promote creativity, wellbeing or spaces that just make us go ‘wow!’.
If you think your workspace has what it takes, then click here to enter. Entries close on 31st July, so be quick!
Thanks to our headline sponsors Sheila Bird Group, alongside sponsors and partners Avison Young, Zut and Prolific North for making this event possible.
