After posting its highest quarterly sales for retained client business in October, Active Profile has grown its team to its largest ever size.

Sales for retained business increased by 21% year-on-year for the August to October period. The agency’s continued growth was subsequently reinforced with the addition of two new team members.

The retained business performance has been driven by the retention of a number of high-profile clients. Among those that have re-signed are GVA North and Peak AI. Elsewhere, the Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership’s Local Growth Hub has been retained with a broadened remit. New clients to join Active Profile include PE / VC-backed high-growth tech firms IQBlade, The GP Service and MyMobileWorkers.

Speaking about the record sales, agency founder and managing director Anna Heyes said:

“We’ve seen great results combining our PR and growth marketing services to deliver campaign-led strategies and this is reflected in our revenue growth. We’re set to announce new clients and positions over the coming months that extend our products and services for clients in the place and innovation sectors.”

Elsewhere, the appointments of Jess McDonnell as senior account executive for the Place team and Sam Jones as graphic designer for the Growth Marketing team have grown the agency to its largest staff-size since being established in 2004.

With the team growing, the agency has redoubled its commitment to employee wellbeing and is working towards Workplace Wellbeing Charter accreditation. The charter seeks to help companies learn from best practice, influence change and improve productivity.
