One for our existing clients (and prospective clients) here. HubSpot announced a host of updates to its platform at its annual INBOUND conference this week and there are a number of highlights. So, without further ado, here's the low-down.
HubSpot Growth Suite
The HubSpot Growth Suite is aimed at fast-scaling companies and contains all the HubSpot tools fully integrated together to drive growth. Available at Starter, Professional and Enterprise tiers, it includes Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub bundled together and integrated with the free CRM. It allows businesses to further further their relationships with contacts through marketing, sales and customer success.

HubSpot Video
According to Wyzowl, when both video and text are available on the same page, 72% of people would rather use video to learn about a product or service. With this need for focussing on video in mind, HubSpot has launched a series of tools for video creation, hosting, management and measurement throughout its marketing, sales and service hubs. Among the features are built-in video CTAs and one-to-one video messages for sales and customer service contact.

Marketing Hub
There have been a number of updates to Marketing Hub Enterprise and Professional. Aimed at advanced marketing teams, they ostensibly provide more control, greater flexibility and deeper integrations and variously include:
- Custom Analytics Views
- Membership-driven content
- Email frequency safeguards
- Continuous testing with a single click
- YouTube integration
- Predictive lead scoring
- Single sign-on
- Custom bots
- Slack integration
As well as HubSpot Video, improvements have been made to company-based workflows to help run full Account Based Marketing campaigns. You'll now be able to measure the performance of your smart content using smart content reporting. Elsewhere, the new customer report builder will allow you to easily create a report on your contact, company, deal and engagement data.

Service Hub
In our marketing savvy world, people are naturally wary of company communications. People do trust other customers, though, and are far more likely to buy a product or service from a customer recommendation. As such, it's important to keep customers happy, which is what the HubSpot Service Hub is designed for. Among the features its gives customer service teams are goals, playbooks and account health scoring.
