Kier Property and CTP has appointed the Active Profile property team to provide event management support and marketing consultancy services for its regeneration plans for Pall Mall.
The scheme aims to deliver 400,000 sq ft of office space in Liverpool’s central business district, as well as associated green space and public realm.
Early consultation events for Pall Mall have taken place in the last few days and were largely aimed at local residents and businesses.
Proactive Property UK has also chosen to appoint the team, based at Exchange Station, to work in partnership with the design and development team behind its new Tapestry scheme on Gildart Street.
The team has also been working with developer, Jason Abbott, to name, brand and position the scheme, which is already receiving a lot of interest from artists, creative and digital start-ups and entrepreneurs.

Following an internal streamlining of the business, Active Profile has split its marketing and PR functions, and now has a team of sector specialists dedicated to property and regeneration.
